We refund the price difference

You can request a refund of the price difference if you find a similar offer on another site at a lower price. Just remember to communicate with us after making the reservation and at least 48 hours before your arrival date. You must provide us with the link to the other offer and must be online and available when we check it.

1. General Information

Description of Services

• CubaDriver connects Travelers with Drivers for transportation to and from various destinations.
• Services offered include: transportation from airports, bus or train stations, ports, accommodations, and guided tourist trips to agreed-upon locations.
• CubaDriver acts solely as an intermediary and is not a direct provider of transportation services.

CubaDriver's Legal Status

• CubaDriver is a technology platform that connects Travelers with independent Drivers.
• The transportation contract is established directly between the Traveler and the Driver.

Travelers’ Rights and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when making reservations.
• Treat the Driver and vehicle with respect during the ride.

Limitation of Liability

• CubaDriver is not responsible for delays or issues during transportation, as services are provided by independent Drivers.

Fees and Payments

• Prices displayed on the platform are final at the time of booking.
• Payments must be made in advance using the available payment methods.

2. Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: Refund of 80% of the paid amount or a coupon for 100% of the value for future bookings.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: No refunds will be issued.
• No-show by the Traveler at the pickup point: No refunds will be issued.
• No-show or cancellation by the Driver: CubaDriver will refund 100% of the amount paid or assign a new Driver, based on the User’s preference.

3. Privacy Policy

• CubaDriver collects and uses personal data solely for managing bookings and improving the services offered.
• User data is protected in accordance with applicable regulations.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

• Users must use the platform legally and respectfully, refraining from fraudulent or malicious activities.
• CubaDriver reserves the right to suspend accounts if conduct violating these policies is detected.
