3. Booking and Transportation Services

Role of CubaDriver:

CubaDriver acts solely as an intermediary, facilitating bookings between customers and third-party transportation providers. We do not provide transportation services ourselves and are not responsible for service quality or issues caused by collaborators.

Booking Details:

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your booking details, including pickup and drop-off locations and times. Changes to bookings may incur additional charges or cancellation fees.

Service Issues:

If issues arise during your journey, you must report them immediately to allow for resolution. Complaints submitted after the service may be reviewed but do not guarantee compensation.

4. Payment and Charges

All charges for transportation services must be paid at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for changes or delays beyond the agreed-upon terms. Payments are facilitated through the platform, and CubaDriver may act as a disclosed payment collection agent on behalf of providers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for detailed terms. CubaDriver reserves the right to cancel bookings at its discretion, providing notice and potential refunds where applicable.

6. Limitations of Liability

CubaDriver is not liable for delays, service disruptions, or any damages caused by third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not responsible for errors beyond our control.

All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform are owned by CubaDriver or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior authorization.
