Amazing and resposive service with a smile

Could not have been happier with this group. Every taxi was there on time and even five minutes or more early. Our flight into Havana was delayed by almost two hours and it was a huge relief to see my name on a sign as we exited the airport. So we got picked up and dropped off at our casa. We took a trip to Playa Santa Maria del Mar. We went from Havana to Vinales. Went to Cayo Jutias from Vinales. Went from Vinales to Trinidad and Cienfuegos and spent two days there with some side trips. Back from Trinidad to Havana and then back to the airport the next day. It was so calming to know that the trips would happen, on time and right every time. The driver, Francisco, from Vinales to Trinidad was with us for three days and a lot of miles and like every driver we had he was friendly and a lot of fun to travel with. Not much English for any of the drivers so a working knowledge of Spanish is a big plus as a passenger. Taxci Drivers even accommodated us on the last day - for reasons, we bounced between three different Casas for our last night in Havana. A quick phone call and then an email and we got the pick up address changed twice with no hassle at all. Even in the planning stages, they were incredibly responsive to my questions and ideas and help me build a great trip around Cuba.I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. They are worth every Euro for the ease and comfort, the responsiveness and care and the overall peace of mind. Please use them!
